# FAQ - Direct deposits

### I forgot to print or email the Payment Notice and my file has been transmitted to the financial institution. Is it possible to do this without starting over?

Yes, it is possible to do this without having to delete and start over. You need to go back to Direct Deposits and display the details of the desired CPA file. From the details display, you will be able to check the desired boxes and print or email the payment notice.

### When I check the folder where CPA files are saved, I only see a few files. Why?

Files are deleted from the folder 7 days after their creation. If necessary, you can make them reappear in the CPA folder by following these steps:
1\. Go to the Accounting menu
2\. Click on the Direct Deposits button
3\. Select the desired CPA file
4\. Click on the link at the bottom of the page
5\. The file is displayed again in the folder

### Why can't I pay a supplier or an employee by Direct Deposit? They are on my list, though.

For a beneficiary to be paid by direct deposit, the following conditions must be met:
•Direct deposit payment must be enabled in the beneficiary's file (Other or Payment tab)
•The beneficiary's banking information must be entered (Other or Payment tab)
•The Payment Method selected during entry must be "Direct deposit"
•The Issuer's bank account configurations must be completed.
