# What was migrated from SigaFinance Classic

Summary of what was migrated to SigaFinance Evo and Sigabill from SigaFinance Classic.

### Migration Guide: SigaFinance Classic ➔ SigaFinance EVO

#### 1\. Fully migrated and functional data

-   **Transactions from previous years:**
-   -   All transactions are retained and integrated into regular accounting.
    -   They can be modified and corrected at any time.
    -   Reports with comparative data remain available.
-   **Payroll module entries:**
-   -   Migrated and merged with the list of regular transactions (added in bulk following existing transactions).
-   **Bank reconciliations:**
-   -   100% retained (viewable, editable, and deletable).
-   **Templates & automatic transactions:**
-   -   All templates and automatic transactions are migrated.
    -   Please note: some keyboard shortcuts (triggers) may have changed.
-   ***Printed checks:***
-   -   History retained and ability to reprint checks as needed.
-   **Employees:**
-   -   All employees (active or inactive) who have received a paycheck since **January 1, 2013** are migrated to EVO.

#### 2\. Data migrated with special conditions or restrictions

-   **Supplier payments:**
-   -   Original entries are retained, but **payment details are cleared** (module reset).
    -   No detailed history is brought over from the Classic version.
    -   The balance is displayed based on the current accounting month.
-   **Adjustments & Batch inventory variation:**
-   -   Entries were successfully migrated, but old tables are no longer visible in EVO.
    -   They now appear labeled as *"Adjustments"* or *"Inventory variation"*Prior years'
-   **Payroll (since 01/01/2013):**
-   -   Accessible in read-only mode via the **Payroll summary.**
    -   **Cannot be edited in EVO.** (Contact SIGA customer service for the correction procedure).
-   **T4 and Relevé 1:**
-   -   Data was migrated, but official forms are neither visible nor re-printable in EVO.

#### 3\. Unmigrated data or data requiring reconfiguration

-   **Users and passwords:**
-   -   Must be completely recreated and redefined in EVO.
-   **Budget:**
-   -   No budget data is transferred.
-   **Inactive employees (prior to 2013):**
-   -   Employees who have not received any pay since January 1, 2013 are not migrated.
-   **Direct deposits (CPA files):**
-   -   History of old files is not retained.
    -   Files older than 7 days are automatically deleted from the folder.
