🚀 What's New and Fixes — Version 5.12.0
(September 15, 2026)
✨ What's New
📊 Accounting – Year-end Adjustment Entry
- Better visibility of subsidiary accounts: Parent account details are now displayed in a separate row at the bottom of the grid 📋. You can now view your parent account without interrupting your data entry flow! ⚡
- Post-closing security: It is now impossible to enter amounts in revenue and expense accounts after the fiscal year-end closing (since they are reset to zero) 🛑. No more accidental adjustments!
- Simplified department management: Add your departments directly while entering year-end adjustments, without having to create a duplicate or go through Transaction Entry 🗂️.
- Mode memorization: The system automatically remembers and applies the department entry mode for each year-end adjustment, along with all associated amounts and quantities 💾.
📖 Accounting – General Ledger
- Refined month display: We finally distinguish months with no transactions from those with transactions that result in a zero balance 🔍. Empty months no longer display an amount, making analysis much clearer! ✨
🔄 Data Exchange – Import Transactions
- Permissions validation: A check prevents importing transactions if you do not have permission for Transaction Entry 🔒. A clear and uniform message will inform you directly.
📈 Reports – Monthly and Periodical Revenues and Expenses
- Batch identification : During a batch generation, the code is now displayed with its name according to the format
[Batch code] - [Batch name]🏷️. Ideal for finding your way around quickly!
