FAQ - Importing bank statements
The "Generate entry" button is not accessible. Why?
For entry generation to be possible, the selected transaction(s) MUST be completed. If a transaction is not completed, the "Generate entry" button will not be available. If an already generated transaction is selected, the button will not be available.
My financial institution is not on the list of available institutions. Can I choose another institution?
No, it is not recommended to choose a different institution. Information is not displayed in the same way from one institution to another. Depending on the choice made, the reading of the results will be affected.
I would like to import my credit card statement like I do for my bank statement. Is this possible?
Yes, if downloading the credit card account statement is offered in CSV format. Often, personal credit card statements are not offered in this format.
