I requested to print the report and it does not print directly. Why?
All requested reports, regardless of the chosen destination, are first generated in preview mode. This step allows the user to check whether the customization of the report meets their needs. In addition, the preview provides dynamic links that help with verifying the results.
How do I quickly find a report?
The "Search" cell at the top of the report list allows the user to type the title of the desired report.
My printer is not in the suggested list. Why?
The printers available in the list come from the printers installed in the Windows Settings. To add or configure new printers, the user must first install them according to the manufacturers' recommendations.
When I print, several reports print one after the other. Why?
If several reports are "open" in the report list, all reports will print. To avoid this situation, the "Clear report list" button can be useful.
Can I send my reports by email?
Yes, simply select and customize all desired reports. They will all be included in the file that will be generated or sent by email.
