What will I be able to do with "Bookkeeping" access?
Anything is possible! This usage mode gives you full access to data: journal entries, bank reconciliation, supplier payments, etc.
What will I be able to do with "Entry-limited" access?
This type of usage will allow you to perform the necessary manipulations for a financial year-end. For example, making adjusting entries, printing reports, viewing the general ledger, exporting data to CaseWare, etc.
What happens when I want to delete a business that I will no longer be tracking?
When tracking a business is no longer necessary, you can change the usage type to Read-only . By deleting the business, its status will become Read-only and it will not count towards the license limit for other usage types (Entry-limited or Bookkeeping). If needed, you will still be able to view the data only. If you delete a business that is in Read-only mode, it will be permanently deleted from the database.
How do I change the number of businesses per status for my license?
You need to speak with a SIGA sales representative to define the number of businesses according to Bookkeeping or Entry-limited usage based on the clients you track in SigaFinance evo.
I need to install SigaFinance EVO for a new employee. Do I need to provide you with their name to get access to the software?
Since version 5.5, it is no longer necessary to provide us with the names of employees using SigaFinance EVO within your organization. A single license code is assigned per organization. This code can be shared with all SigaFinance EVO users so that everyone can:
